Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Our organization uses Zoom Workplace to host both internal and external meetings. We support companies located throughout the [...] Valley, and have provincial and national partners. We are also a hybrid workplace, so we frequently have meetings where attendees are both in person and working remotely from home. Using Zoom Workplace allows us to function effectively in a hybrid work culture.
Pros
- Provides a good suite of in program tools
- Background blur and optional filters
- Ability to function in tandem with a neat bar to host meetings with in person and remote workers
- Functionality to host webinars
- Breakout rooms are great for hosting collaborative sessions
Cons
- Make it easier to join on a neat bar by simplifying meeting id and password set up
- Improved collaboration
- Worked fully virtually during pandemic
- Improved user experience with neat bar and remote joining option
I prefer Zoom Workplace over microsoft and google as it have more in meeting functionality that I've noticed and use. I.e reactions, raise hand feature, annotations. I also prefer Zoom Workplace because of the filter options, that beauty filter really works wonders.
