Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Zoom Workplace for our weekly all-team meetings. We like that it auto-records our meetings (an option we enabled). We then use those recordings after some editing to share with our board members and others not invited/missed the meeting. The reactions are fun and the avatars are fun. We can see people's personalities shining through whether they are on video or have a profile picture.

Likelihood to Recommend

We use it for our larger team meetings as it is easier to handle that many people, we usually use Teams for our smaller meetings so for us its well suited for large groups and we use it less when there are fewer team members joining. We also auto record our meetings so that we can share the recordings with others or if someone missed the meeting whether they were on vacation or sick, they can still access.
