Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

Mostly internal meetings- we work globally and it is our go-to collaboration tool.

Pros

  • Helps collaborate
  • does not interrupt too much when people join
  • reminders of meetings

Cons

  • collecting summaries of meetings
  • the scroll bar up top gets in the way a bunch
  • when minimized, the mute button isnt amazing
  • improved collaboration
  • allow meetings at anytime/anywhere
  • increased culture (fun meetings)
not close to as good as zoom, video quality is bad
