  • Sometimes the annotate feature does not work, even if permissions are correct
  • Sometimes there is a lag even when internet connection is strong
  • Better visibility of the share screen option
  • Allows for daily team meetings
  • Allows for easy video connects with clients
  • Allows for screen sharing training calls
Zoom Workplace is superior in my opinion. It is the best for training clients and allows for annotation. Teams does not allow you to annotate and that makes it VERY hard to direct someone where to go on a screen.

I prefer Zoom Workplace over other video meeting options like Teams or Google Meet Zoom allows me to direct my clients where they need to go on the screen for training purposes better than other platforms. Zoom auto adds to my calendar meetings making scheduling easy. Zoom allows me to make phones or text messages when a video call is not needed.
