Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
My team is fully remote, and we use Zoom Workplace for all of our meetings. It helps our team stay connected and also provides a reliable meeting space for client meetings. The video and audio quality is much better than competitors', which allows our team to have professional communication with our clients.

Zoom AI companion has helped me stay organized by providing call notes after meetings that summarize the meeting and outline action items, ensuring nothing is missed. It allows me to be more present with my clients during meetings since I do not have to take notes.
In the past, I used Google Meet instead of Zoom for Workplace, and multiple clients commented on the change, saying they prefer Zoom for its improved video and audio quality.
