Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
I use Zoom Workplace for meetings with our suppliers and customers. Meetings within the orginzation is through Zoom as well. It's more convenient than meeting in person, since you can just join from anywhere.
Pros
- Working remote.
- Hosting large groups of people.
- Screen sharing.
Cons
- The taskbar covers the top of the screen, which is inconvenient on smaller screens.
- Sound echo's when connecting through speaker.
- Getting large groups of people together with out meeting in person.
- Meeting with customers and suppliers via Zoom without needing to be there in person.
- Travel expenses saved.
I don't use Zoom AI Companion.
I did try another product after using Zoom for a while, and it felt a lot different and harder to grasp. Just the way different features and layout made me go back to Zoom.
Google Meet.
Zoom features are better, and the layout makes it easier to locate items.
