Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace

In our hybrid environment, we use Zoom to replace Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration and communication. As a widely accepted and used platform, we no longer have to concern ourselves with compatibility issues when collaborating with our clients and partners, as Zoom is easy to use for all parties and is operating system-agnostic.

  • Zoom is more feature rich and dependable.
  • Zoom tied the office together seamlessly during the pandemic.
  • Zoom improves productivity by saving time.
  • Zoom improves both client and team engagement and collaboration.
  • Zoom's AI meeting summarization saves time and improves staff productivity.
Zoom AI Companion is, in my own words, awesome. Too many times, I have forgotten specific details of a Zoom conversation, and I can simply go back to the email Zoom sent me with the AI-generated summary to review the details I need. It really is a game-changer and time saver.
- Less aggravation for our clients - better quality audio and video - better whiteboarding - AI summarization - all in one collaboration - ubiquitous, known and familiar to most people around the world - simple, very easy to set up and use - ease of scheduling meetings - integrates with Microsoft and other platforms.

When speed, clarity, and reliability are a concern, Zoom is appropriate, and it shines through. In smaller M365 environments, Teams might be a better and more cost-effective option. But if you're serious about collaboration - especially with clients - Zoom breaks out of the 'Microsoft Mentality' as it has better cross-platform compatibility. There really is no scenario in which Zoom is not appropriate, really.
