SO much slicker than the alternatives.

Zoom Workplace is used in my organisation as our main platform for online meetings, virtual interviews, etc. We also use it as our webinar provider. We also use it as our desk booking system for internal desk bookings across all our global office locations, allowing us to log which desks we are booking and check in to them.

Zoom AI companion is a new feature in Zoom meeting recordings that has allowed me to capture ideas and action items from meetings I attend, so I can better summarize my discussions and ensure I don't forget what happened. It's not always perfect; it doesn't always attribute things to the right speaker or capture all the nuances, but it does enough to nudge you into remembering if you use it quickly enough/close to the time of the meeting!
