Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Workplace
Frequently have to discuss one of 2 things that require visuals: airspace issues related to drone photography and how to use a calculation website where step-by-step instructions often needed.
Pros
- Screen share
- Group chat without interrupting conversation
- Mark ups on the fly
Cons
- Can be hard sometimes to find keystrokes/icons to perform certain functions.
- It has become the go-to method for 99% of all conversations including those that used to be predominantly by phone.
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Meet
I'm generally more confident in moving around Zoom, perhaps simply because of the frequency of use and the universality of acceptance.
