Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
I'm only aware that ADMs have access to ZoomInfo. I am not familiar with any other departments using it but that doesn't mean it isn't used by others. It helps me with email addresses and phone numbers. I usually first verify the person/title on LinkedIn.
- Helps me find direct phone numbers for prospects.
- Helps me find email addresses for prospects.
- Provides company information - size, revenue, location etc.
- Not always up to date on current employee info - The correct information shows up on LinkedIn but i can be outdated on ZoomInfo.
- I often find contacts who are on LinkedIn but not on ZoomInfo.
- Increased efficiency - helps me with time management
- Does help me grow my database
- Outreach and Hoover's
I didn't choose ZoomInfo - my company provides it. I find it an excellent add on to LinkedIn for identifying and reaching prospects.
