Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo in our inside sales org to develop account and contact lists, and automate the email cadence process.
- Easy to find companies.
- Good account intel on most companies.
- 75% of contacts seem to be accurate.
- Most contacts have all necessary (and correct) info on contact (e.g. email, phone, position).
- Some companies have no contacts.
- Slow process of inputting information and getting results.
- Some (up to half) of a company's contacts have no contact info, which is a waste of my time.
- I am able to find more contacts to add into my sequences, and thus help me hit my number.
- It's easy to use, and has led to faster turnaround times on my prospecting efforts.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hoover's
It's just kinda different. I use all three equally (Zoominfo slightly more). Zoominfo gives me (mostly) accurate contact info, unlike Sales Navigator. Hoover's info is dated at best, and is best used for account intelligence, less at contact level.
