Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Many of our sales associates use ZoomInfo to find contact information for prospects. We have found ZoomInfo to be one of the most reliable tools for finding peoples' direct corporate phone numbers and corporate email addresses -- we've tried Lead411, Hunter, and a number of other tools but ZoomInfo is among our favorites. They have done a great job increasing their network in the past couple years in particular. ZoomInfo is a bit less reliable if we're looking for people who aren't currently at a larger corporation, and we hope they will continue to push to increase their database internationally. Our company also uses LinkedIn quite frequently, so we love how well ZoomInfo's ReachOut extension integrates with LinkedIn.

  • Only qualm is we wish it were cheaper so more of our salesforce could have access.

On par with: RocketReach
Most appropriate when we are looking to get in touch with someone currently working for a larger company. Less helpful when we are looking for people at smaller companies or who are now independent. We only get access to corporate emails and phone lines - would be helpful to have personal ones too.
