Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoominfo is being used in my firm primarily to obtain contacts and details of the relevant people that we wish to target. Mostly enterprise customers are my targets, so it is essential for me to have their email and phone numbers in order to reach out to them. Zoominfo helps me do that.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Primarily, Zoominfo gets me 80% of the contacts that I am looking for.
It has good filtering options, so you can find relevant prospects easier.
It also provides me some background of the prospects which is also helpful.

Cons

Sometimes, the information of the prospect is not updated, I think this is one area of improvement. Be current!
I often feel, at times the filters don't work at all. So I get all the results of the world while I need just 1 company.
Providing company size alongside prospect information would be helpful.

Return on Investment

Helped me create opportunities for the solution.
Allowed me to penetrate better into the organization.
Database was available, so its quite easy to access anytime.

Adobe Acrobat DC, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Microsoft Office 365

Likelihood to Recommend

Best scenario is where an organization is looking to expand their customer base. Zoominfo is excellent for cold calling since it finds you maximum contacts and relevant details.

Less suited would be to research the firm and find additional information. I don't think zoominfo is very helpful at that, though I would like to see them improve.
