Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it strictly in the sales organization. It helps solve the scaling and targeting issue due to its data accuracy. With account based marketing (or messaging) it's pivotal to have the right 3-5 people.

- Efficiency was a huge plus for phone numbers, not as much on emails. We used a third party messaging system (SalesLoft) so our workflow became bulky thus cut both software.

Zoominfo is by far and away the best software for larger companies with needs of pure contact and not much more for context. They do a terrific job in updating and keeping accurate, as well as making sure you get value. For smaller teams without a dedicated outbound role, the investment might not be worth it versus the free tools in the market.
