We use ZoomInfo as a tool to help find contact information for passive candidates.
- Provides contact information for candidates.
- Provides contact information for companies.
- Lists other employees of the companies.
- Probably 1/2 of the contact information is incorrect or outdated. I typically look for previous contact information. If it's "direct" 75% of the time it's a cell.
- Definitely increased efficiency.
- We eliminated out search tools that were more expensive.
