Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is being used by our whole inside sales department. It helps us find contact info (email and phone) on our prospects so that we can better target them. We also use it to enhance lists and build lists. It saves us a lot of time when building out a list of contacts or companies that we want to target.
- It allows you to enhance a list of companies. You just need the company name and it will give you their address, company HQ number, estimated revenue, and industry.
- If you need to build out a list of prospects, zoominfo will allow you with one click to find hundreds of addresses, phone numbers, and emails. All you need is the contact's company and name.
- It allows you to to search a specific contact. I like looking at past employers to get an understanding of the prospect's background.
- There are a significant amount of wrong direct numbers.
- There are contacts that don't have emails or numbers.
- When you build a list of prospects sometimes the prospects are not even at the company anymore
- The revenue tends to be pretty off.

DiscoverOrg provides more accurate org charts, hoover's provides more accurate company data; Data.com is about the same with contact info. Zoominfo brings all of those together.
