Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to target companies to market to based upon job title, geographical location and industry. The majority of our offices between NY and NJ use this software on a daily basis. It addresses the issue of how to best introduce ourselves and our financial planning software.
  • Provides a multitude of search fields to specifically narrow down they type of lead you are looking for.
  • I wish zoominfo could better organize companies with a large % of contacts vs employees in the company.
  • I wish zoominfo could better communicate with salesforce for the ease of CRM.

Zoominfo is much more appropriate with the business that we run here at AXA.
Zoominfo is well suited to target the top tier members of a particular company, less appropriate for large quantities of employees in a particular area.
