Great functionality, more contacts please!
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
ZoomInfo is being used for prospecting efforts across the whole sales organization. Each salesman has a dedicated user seat to be able to access it from their desk. We have used it primarily for finding contact information for prospects but now that we have more access to it we are using more of the functionality like building lists and exporting directly into our CRM.
Pros
- Finding contact information
- Filters to find specific contacts
- The company information that it provides
Cons
- It could give us access to more departments, like research departments for example.
- Exporting credits could be cheaper so we would have unlimited credits.
- I don't always find contact information.
- Definitely increased employee efficiency
- Cleaner database
- More efficient prospecting
It is way better at finding contact information than LinkedIn, but LinkedIn has more in-depth profiles for individuals, and it is easier to find the target contacts we are wanting to reach out to. ZoomInfo is quicker and has exporting functions that we haven't had access to before now.
