Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to prospect, as well as an email verifying tool from other prospecting methods. It is used by the sales team, mostly SDRs as well as AEs. We switched from DiscoverOrg (though they are now the same company). We found the data from ZoomInfo to be much more reliable and have noticed a considerable drop in bounced emails. Unfortunately, ZoomInfo does not integrate with Salesforce as well as DiscoverOrg did, which can be very frustrating at times in keeping consistent data.
Pros
- Accurate email data.
- Fairly up-to-date information on leads.
- Being able to see when leads were updated.
Cons
- Not a very good integration with Salesforce, and we're unable to fully dive into ZoomInfo because of this.
- Some email data is still inaccurate.
- Their plug-in is not the most reliable to use.
- The token system can cause an extra headache at times.
- Less time looking for lead's emails.
- Increased SDR prospecting efficiency.
ZoomInfo provides a better depth of data and more accurate and detailed information regarding both companies and contacts. DiscoverOrg seemed to give very old and unreliable data, while ZoomInfo is very up to date.
