Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is used by our sales teams. It helps us prospect and contact new clients.

  • Helps me to find people within a company.
  • Helps me get in touch with the people that I need to be in touch with.
  • Have a clearer dashboard where you can see a company's org chart.
  • Greatly increased my efficiency in finding and reaching out to new leads.
  • Helped me to get in touch with people I wouldn't have otherwise been able to reach.
DiscoverOrg had better quality data but had less of it. We liked the way DiscoverOrg showed a company's org chart.
Well suited for prospecting, not as great for confirming someone's position within a company.
