Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use is to research clients and prospects and it helps us understand their needs and serve them better.

Pros

  • Uptime overall is good.
  • Providing direct numbers is above 75% accurate.
  • Overall speed is good.

Cons

  • Allowing www. and parts of the URL would speed my finding the right company.
  • Having a field for parent and child companies would be helpful.
  • Title description would be awesome.
  • I'm not sure I can honestly answer this question as I've always had it in this position.
