Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo to find companies and contacts for our outbound marketing campaigns. The marketing department uses Zoominfo to upload companies for a targeted campaign and then we sort based on title and job function and export to our CRM.

Pros

  • Integration with CRM.
  • Search is quick.
  • Data is current.

Cons

  • Have users updated customer data as bad or no good.
  • A positive implementation overall.
Zoominfo is the best.
Upload a target account list. Find contacts and export to CRM in less than 5 mins.
