Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ZoomInfo has helped me gain access to more contacts and their information, like being able to access their phone numbers and emails. Great product. Some companies could use more info but overall, pretty useful with all of the information that it provides such as the scoops and recent news.

Alternatives Considered

I have not evaluated many other products besides ZoomInfo. Prior to this, I was using DiscoverOrg, which is a partner of ZoomInfo. DiscoverOrg did not give me the full breadth of coverage that I was looking for when it came to new contacts. ZoomInfo overall does give me a pretty decent amount of info.

The contact information that is provided by ZoomInfo is very useful and helpful towards finding contacts in a specific company. However, when it comes to smaller companies or some companies that may be overseas, ZoomInfo is a little lacking as they could provide more details about these companies. Some of these companies also have a lot of sections blocked out.
