ZoomInfo - Great numbers, good names/emails, and worth the money if you're targeting bigger companies.
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo for sales and marketing purposes to learn the identities of decision-makers at companies that we want to work with.
Pros
- User-friendly interface
- Relevant supplemental material
Cons
- A surprising amount of emails bounce, considering their "never bounce" promise
- Several small companies aren't even in their database, which is unfortunate as that's our main target audience
- We have seen increased dials per hour/day as a result of this database.
- However, our call-to-appointment, or even lead-to-account conversion, has greatly decreased.
ZoomInfo is more reliable than Salesgenie, and WAY easier to use! The depth and quality of data is also better, though I don't know if it's 20 times better, which is roughly the cost difference.
