ZoomInfo - Great numbers, good names/emails, and worth the money if you're targeting bigger companies.

Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo for sales and marketing purposes to learn the identities of decision-makers at companies that we want to work with.

Pros

  • User-friendly interface
  • Relevant supplemental material

Cons

  • A surprising amount of emails bounce, considering their "never bounce" promise
  • Several small companies aren't even in their database, which is unfortunate as that's our main target audience
  • We have seen increased dials per hour/day as a result of this database.
  • However, our call-to-appointment, or even lead-to-account conversion, has greatly decreased.
ZoomInfo is more reliable than Salesgenie, and WAY easier to use! The depth and quality of data is also better, though I don't know if it's 20 times better, which is roughly the cost difference.
ZoomInfo is great for lead generation and giving you the right number to call. As for the right name and/or email, it's still more dependable than other databases but maybe not $10,000/year worth, especially if you're a small business looking for other small businesses.
