Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We mostly utilize ZoomInfo for identifying key decision-makers and pulling appropriate contact information. This addresses identifying the unknown and increasing the effect of spent marketing dollars.
  • Company Segments: Helps identify similar companies using a vast number of variables.
  • Contact Information: The filters allow for specific criteria to be met (i.e. last updated timeframe).
  • Greater accuracy and updating contact level data.
  • Merging information from Datanyze and DiscoverOrg.
  • Decreased time to reach decision makers.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
ZoomInfo is my preferred product because of the depth of data, filters, and exact list pulls.
I would highly recommend it to a colleague only if it fits their specific use case. The main use-case for ZoomInfo is finding contact information for customers/potential customers/networking purposes - and it does an excellent job at that. It would be less appropriate to use ZoomInfo if sales representatives only sold to companies in their specific geographic area.
