Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it for leads for our sales team. It addresses the problem of being able to find genuine, reliable leads. Typically, when cold calling we have a hard time finding the right person. The leads on ZoomInfo provide a faster way to drill down and get to the decision-maker. In the event, that it isn't the right person we have enough information to at least do a "mapping" call.
