Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use it for leads for our sales team. It addresses the problem of being able to find genuine, reliable leads. Typically, when cold calling we have a hard time finding the right person. The leads on ZoomInfo provide a faster way to drill down and get to the decision-maker. In the event, that it isn't the right person we have enough information to at least do a "mapping" call.

Cons

  • Cell phone vs. business phone accuracy
  • LinkedIn matching isn't always accurate
  • Faster connection with right people
  • Ability to directly email prospects
It is well suited for cold calling especially when you have no other way of determining who is the best contact at the organization. It is also well-suited for looking at which organizations are actively searching for your services. This can be filtered quite heavily.

It is less appropriate for smaller organizations (less than 100 employees) because the job titles or actual people may not be correct.
