Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

Mostly the sales department uses it. For finding contacts and accounts.
  • Direct phone numbers.
  • Emails.
  • The information can be outdated a lot.
  • That is why sometimes for some contacts there is wrong information.
  • Grown our database.
  • Sometimes found better contacts.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator is more up to date and because of that more reliable. We use them both.
If you want to find potential customers for B2B sales, ZoomInfo is good. In any other department, I do not know what would you use it for.
