Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It's being used by our Sales team, but not across the whole business. It is primarily used with our MM and ENT reps. It helps our reps with prospecting and allows them to export information into our CRM. It also helps verify information found in other 3rd party tools allowing us to cross reference what we find.

We use ZoomInfo because of its ease of use. While D&B provides useful info, ZoomInfo still seems preferred. We also use LinkedIn as a means to cross reference.
Best used for prospecting - we find that our reps use ZoomInfo as their go-to especially when it comes to mass uploads and mass exports. The new feature of searching events is really helpful. Less appropriate for our SMB teams since they utilize another tool that has more functionality within our CRM.
