Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is being used by our Sales Department for new contacts to promote sponsorships and products.
  • Provides very detailed information
  • User friendly
  • Shows incorrect job titles of some individuals
  • Will show a result of someone who is retired
  • It is much faster finding contact information
  • Can more easily filter specific departments in certain industries
It is easy and quick, but as mentioned I can not count on some of the information to be up-to-date. That is my biggest concern.
It is well suited when I need a work email. More often than not it will be listed. I do need to double-check a contact's status in LinkedIn, to be sure they have the same title and are not retired.
