Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

It is just used by the sales reps and SDRs. We use both the manual searching and buying lists with credits.

Pros

  • Accurate - Great rate of accuracy in email and phone number info.
  • Ease of use - GUI and portal were easy to use and train on.

Cons

  • Since it merged with Discover.org, the price tripled, without much change in features.
  • Some general company info was inaccurate, or just outdated. Not sure where they source that info.
  • Great ROI, both for manual search and when buying lead list credits. This has resulted in more sales!
  • Zoominfo allowed us to find exactly the decision-makers we were laser-focusing on from moment to moment.
We chose Zoominfo over Lead411 because it seems they had everything we needed at the right price. ZoomInfo not only lets us have manual search capabilities, but also we can buy full lists in bulk. Discover.org rep only followed up with me after 2 months, but the price was too high regardless. They took themselves out of the running.
Great when you have well-developed buyer personas and relevant search terms ready for users to go searching. Before the merger, there was no better price per "quality and qualified" lead that we could find. Price may be prohibitive for start-ups and small companies now.
