Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo across the entire organization. It addresses the previous problem of lead generation: both for our sales dept & our recruiters.
Pros
- Saved Searches: We can set up the filters to match our target client strategy & automatically receive results!
- Accurate Contact Info: We can get current contact info to reach out to potential clients. In the past this was a huge hurdle. Now we just run a quick search!
Cons
- Scoops: They used to be great, but now they're not being updated consistently. I haven't seen any new Scoops in over 2 weeks. When I contact Tech Support, there's no ETA for a resolution either.
- Webinars: The training webinars are really great, but it would be nice to not get a sales pitch at the end of every single one.
- Employee efficiency has significantly increased with lead generation. What used to take days or weeks can now be accomplished in less than an hour.
- We have significantly increased our database with targeted, refined leads that have current contact info!
In the past we'd used other tools or free internet searches to track down leads and contact info with very limited results.
