Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

I use it to enrich contact information in my CRM and to make sure the contact's place of employment is current.
  • Direct telephone numbers.
  • Business email addresses.
  • Not enough contacts compared to LinkedIn.
  • Positions are not always updated.
  • Less time wasted on LinkedIn prospects who have changed jobs.
  • Got through to more contacts by direct # and email.
Far better in the US. Worse in Europe.
ZoomInfo is a great tool for updated relevant info but it comes at a cost. It's brilliant to confirm/update LinkedIn info.
