Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
[Used for] lead search and extraction. We are starting to explore intent data and websights features. Overall we are looking to enhance the amount of leads and quality of leads in our CRM as well as track user behavior/ personalize approach strategies. Our goal is to close as many deals as we can in each pipeline using leads from ZoomInfo

- The quality for public safety and banks need work, none of the numbers lead to actual decision-makers. Our SDR team probably only get through to about 1% of all contacts pulled from ZoomInfo. We have put multiple requests in for this to improve and have not heard a reply.
