Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
It is being used by our Sales team as a prospecting tool to help us be faster and more efficient when it comes to locating the right contacts at a wide range of organizations. This is very time-consuming work and ZoomInfo provides a lot of value by giving contact information for our targets.
- Provides contact info for difficult to reach prospects.
- Syncs well with other systems.
- How often it is updated.
- Perhaps simplifying the search query options, there are many that I don’t use.
- Perhaps more ability to sort the contacts that come up in a search.
I was not part of this evaluation, but I know this is a competitive space that we have spent a lot of time cultivating and learning how to use for improving lead generation efficiency. It’s the best tool I’ve seen for this task and one that I’m glad we have in our toolbox!
We use it rather singularly for lead generation. We find it to be a great tool for data collection and account development of leads at prospective company targets. It saves a tremendous amount of time for those job functions where prospecting is a part of their role. Great for junior and mid level salespeople!
