Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use ZoomInfo to find prospect phone numbers and emails. We also use it for the org charts and the ZoomInfo scoops—those are very good. It is used only by the Sales department. It is great for phone numbers and for scoops.
- Phone numbers: plentiful and accurate.
- ZoomInfo scoops are great insight and they send emails every week.
- Org charts are accurate.
- Some HQ phone numbers get mixed in with personal phone numbers.
- Allowed me to make many more prospecting calls.
- Verified some prospect emails.
- Scoops allow for more targeted outreach.
ZoomInfo has better phone number information and filters are easier to navigate.
