Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

We use ZoomInfo so we can find the right contacts at the correct organization. We use it for the entire Sales team. We use it to find contacts, confirm contacts, and find deep info on our prospects. We also find the intent very useful as well.
  • Finding the correct contact.
  • Finding contacts who are currently looking for your products.
  • Updating me with the lists I have saved, so I can easily access those.
  • I don't like the new update, where I have to toggle over to check the actual name to download.
  • This has greatly helped me in finding new leads.
  • HS integration is fast and easy to use.
  • The Sales team has created many more leads that we currently don't have.
It is like comparing apples to oranges. There truly isn't another tool as robust as ZoomInfo.
Anyone who is doing their own outbound sales would greatly need this tool.
