ZoomInfo is used by multiple departments inside of our organization. In my opinion, ZoomInfo is the most reliable and detailed contact/organization database that I have ever used. In tandem with our other resources that are specific to our industry, ZoomInfo fills in the gaps where we have struggled in the past to find traction at prospects.

It is best used as a contact info researching tool compared to an organization research tool. For my industry specifically (healthcare), other resources provide more detailed financial data on specific HCO's.
