Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo
We use it in my department in order to find decision-makers, insight on companies we would like to partner with, and to give us up-to-date information to better target our sales and marketing outreach efforts.
Pros
- User-friendly.
- Customer service.
- Depth and breadth of resources.
Cons
- Ability to type a name and company name together to find a person in the search bar without going to a company page and filtering. Example: I can type in "Jane Doe" and the top 3 Jane Does will appear, but I'd like to be able to type "Jane Doe Microsoft" to narrow it down by name and company at the same time.
