Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo

ZoomInfo is used as a support for the sales team in the organization. We use Zoominfo to source contact information to reach out to potential leads of the desired persona from pharma companies. A small [number] of leads are sourced from ZoomInfo by making use of the job title filter. Zoominfo has helped us to source contact information thereby [initiating] cold outreach from the Sales development team.

ZoomInfo is primarily used to source contact information for leads that are primarily pulled by sales navigators. ZoomInfo cannot be compared to sales navigator as both platforms provide different offerings that provide the desired solution when used together. What sales navigator lacks in providing detailed direct contact information ZoomInfo excels in while ZoomInfo lacks the database of leads when compared to sales navigator.
ZoomInfo is well suited to get a lead's contact information. The sync with the CRM is a very handy feature. However, an area for development would be to keep the titles and companies that contact is working in up to date. I've also found that the industry a company is tagged to is not exactly accurate.
