By integrating with your CRM, the platform notifies the account owners/sales reps when there are high-value accounts on your website and arms them with account history. Further, ZoomInfo Chat integrates with Slack and MS teams bringing the entire platform into your collaboration tool so that reps can maximize the speed with which they close deals. With the ability to create hyper-customized bot flows, ZoomInfo Chat offers a highly scalable engine to ensure.

Pros

  • ZoomInfo Chat helps you resolve website visitors and gives you a 360-degree view of a prospect, including visitor information, company firmographic data, engagement history, and corporate news.

Cons

  • This wouldn't be as effective if the company didn't use its website to generate leads. If you weren't driving site traffic, it wouldn't be as valuable because there wouldn't be enough volume to make it worthwhile.
  • Analytics reporting.
  • Chat services.
  • It was quite simple to set up. We've tried a few different chat services on our website before, but the integration process is never as simple as the documentation suggests. Installing and configuring this, including integrating it to Slack, was actually quite simple.
  • Fabulous chatbot arrangement that expanded our site changes.
