In the initial phase, we didn't communicate with our website visitors and we suffer a lot to resolve our products related confusion. It's a great tool for business conversations. Sales and Vendor Management are the most benefited process from ZoomInfo. Its ability to directly connect to Slack accounts and integration to other sales platforms make it easy to use and a great overall, versatile tool. I like that chat persists when prospects surf the site as it uses internal account mappings to correctly route the conversations.

It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. Also create a better service with the clients since the conversation is really easy to start with just a click away from a call. They need to improve in audio quality since sometimes it is hard to understand when someone is not having good audio.

ZoomInfo has the most qualified data when it comes to comparison with other similar software Plus it also helps to stay updated about Enterprise accounts which gives us more opportunities to connect. Zoom Info also helps your marketing team to enrich the data in case you do not have better details of your prospects.

Receiving alerts when someone has landed on your website is a great indicator of interest. However, not everyone may have a reason to purchase something, they may just be curious. So while the tool is advantageous, there are going to be times when someone truly may not have a business need, and then they may become irritated that someone is trying to chat with them. Overall I do like it though.

Zoom info chat is well-suited if you are working in sales and need to prospect and find prospects information quick and easy and import them to salesforce or two which ever CRM you are using. Isn’t as useful if you are working in something else like customer success. I found that I still use it every once in a while now that I am in customer service but I definitely don’t use it as much as I did when I was in sales.

In the space of personalized chatbots, there is no competition to ZoomInfo chats. It is more suited for B2B brands as you also get notified if a hot lead is on the website so that you can directly have a chat with that website visitor. It's a really helpful tool for the sales team, especially if you work for a startup or a small company.

If you are looking for a chat tool to significantly improve your sales funnel, then you really should at the very least give Zoominfo Chat a look. It has solid automation options and works great with other sales tools. However, based on your team size and your product market, the pricing might not work for everyone. Aside from that, I would absolutely recommend checking it out.

This is truly the last chatbot you'll ever need, as described. The software is very robust and intuitive. Setup takes time, but they do almost all of it for you. The product is relatively new and always getting improved so we are excited to see what is on the horizon. It's great to watch consumers engage with the chatbot.

It is well suited for companies that require integrations with other software. If you are trying to collect mostly accurate data for email and phone numbers, this software will work very well for your system. It is pretty pricey but it will give you access to a plethora of good information.

One specific scenario I have in mind is how our sales org uses it for everyday use when prospecting / finding correct contact information. Many of the BDRs in the sales org has set meetings from contacts found in ZoomInfo. I would recommend this to any sales org in America.

It's well suited for any website looking to engage with traffic without forcing a form to fill. In 2021, if you don't have an instant way to engage with people on your site, you're leaving money on the table. This wouldn't work as well for a company that didn't use its website for lead generation. It wouldn't be as much value if you weren't driving site traffic as there wouldn't be enough volume to make it worth it.
