Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Chat (formerly Insent)

We are using ZoomInfo chat on our website for user engagement when they come on our website. It's very interesting to have it, earlier we used to keep special resources to answer these queries from our website. But ZoomInfo gives an automatic response to our customers and it's quite interesting that we are also able to maintain the quality leads data because of it. Earlier, we used to have this problem because there were a lot of human errors earlier during conversation and lead management.

ZoomInfo chat is not only a chatting platform, it also provides additional features like a meeting scheduler also it's accuracy is better than other chatbots, and response time is very less. But other tools have less accuracy and they are good at one point but not good at all. Instead, Zoominfo is quite better and the support provided by Zoominfo is very good comparatively.

ZoomInfo chat is a very good tool for user engagement on the website and lead conversion. It's a very good tool that provides live chat, chat boat, and also a meeting scheduler so that customers can choose the preferred time to discuss with the sales team. It's very good for improving the productivity of the sales team and acquiring quality customers.
