Great enrichment routing and segmentation capabilities
Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations
We are a big ZoomInfo shop: using Chorus AI, ZoomInfo premium enrich, and Ringlead.
ZoomInfo premium enrich helps us easily create contacts and accounts with accurate enrichment data. The chrome extension also makes bulk exporting from LinkedIn to Salesforce seamless.
We then use Ringlead to automate routing and deduplication of those contacts, accounts, and opportunities based on fairly complex round-robin logic.

Cons
- Ringlead could benefit from sticky match functionality (e.g. when the first contact comes in on an account, all subsequent contacts will be matched to the first owner, rather than round-robined). Our previous tool, Distrbution Engine, allowed for that.
- We don't use EverString
ZoomInfo's data quality is great. There is a bit of a lag between when someone updates their LinkedIn with a new company, but that is to be expected. Firmographic data is accurate.

We have used Zoominfo data to create account scoring models, segment accounts, and create sales territories.

We ultimately went with Zoominfo's Ringlead because there was more functionality that allowed us to segment and score records in addition to just routing them.
I would say where Distribution Engine excels over ZoomInfo technically is sticky matching owners to accounts. Ringlead doesn't have this capability.
