Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations

ZoomInfo Operations is the new yellow pages of the internet. You're able to discover anything from contact info to business details including revenue, employee count, location. You're also able to find people in an organization and search them by title. In sales, you're constantly looking for information while prospecting that is usually private. With ZoomInfo, I am able to easily access what I need to perform my job at a high level.

The quality overall is very high. I don't often have issues pulling accurate information. The only thing I run into from time to time is when someone switches positions and that hasn't been updated yet. They do, however, pull accurate new employee contact information very quickly, so I believe they are on top of it.
These tools work together cohesively.
I pick up on technology fairly easy, and the support team is great with training. When we first started using ZoomInfo Operations, they gave everyone a tour of the site and showed us ways we can use the software not only to look up contact information but to increase revenue. I had no idea it could help me with that angle.
ZoomInfo Operations provides insights on the company and the industry. This is helpful because it takes the back work out of having to research each company I am working with. I love the way it seamlessly integrates with my other sales softwares and I rarely have a moment of confusion. It's easy to understand.

Yes

You need Zoominfo Operations to be successful in a sales role. For example, if you are looking for a client who has an intent of buying marketing in the past 30 days, you are able to search for this type of person within your industry, geography, and by title. It takes the work out of prospecting.
