Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations
We use ZoomInfo Operations to fully allow us to reach the correct people we need to speak with at other companies in any multiple forms of media. It is to keep us selling to the right people in the right way with exactly how they prefer to communicate in general.
Pros
- Fills our CRM
- Let's us now how they communicate
- Gives some background
Cons
- Sometimes the data is wrong or just outdated
- Can be hard for new users to learn
- You can tell when they became a public company, if you know what I mean
- By going with the mode of communication that ZoomInfo identified them using most, I certainly had more people pick up which lead to increased sales
- Asking for someone by their first name instead of their job title got me past a LOT of gate keepers
- Was able.to break into new territories and markets with the data from ZoomInfo
The range of use cases are great and make sense, but when 10% of calls are to the wrong person or someone that hasn't worked there in 2 years, thats hard to overcome. I think the name, title, phone numbers, and email address accuracy need to be the priority here.
- Tried with Outlook
- Tried with ClaritySoft CRM
- Integrated perfectly with Salesforce at last job
Having great trouble getting it to really integrate with Outlook or our CRM, but when it was combined with Salesforce. It was a total BEAST!!!
Oh it has been a game changer. I used ZoomInfo for the first time in 2018. Ive worked with 3 companies since then, and after showing them what ZoomInfo can do, every single company purchased their Software as a Service. If anyone at ZoomInfo needs my address, I believe I'm owed some commission or at least a job interview.
- Clay
I haven't tried stacking it against any competition as I feel no need to. ZoomInfo blows me away like it first did in 2018, and I don't want something different. I hear Clay is good, but I just haven't felt the need to try it out or replace ZoomInfo at all.
