Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations

We use ZoomInfo Operations to work closely with sales and marketing in identifying signals from clients and prospects, whether that be noting specific buyer intent and driving additional opportunities for our existing books of business. ZoomInfo notifies us of website visits which helps our sales teams tailor outreach to those accounts and filter out the unqualified leads. This helps us understand where we need to focus our sales and marketing efforts instead of blast messaging a list of prospects.

The quality of ZoomInfo Operations data has typically been accurate. The account and contact information tends to be correct. However, there are certainly times when the data is incorrect and dated. For example, some contact information can be shown for people who have either retired or left the firm, and it’s hard for the application to pick this information up unless we report it to our ZI rep.
I feel that ZoomInfo Operations overall is a great service for the teams using it within my company. The customer service is great and they are very responsive and helpful. The data has been accurate for the most part and the integrations help automate our workflows, leaving our team more time to generate pipeline and make sales.
ZoomInfo Operations has significantly assisted our sales teams in decreasing the sales cycle. Our sales cycle used to be closer to 6 months and now we have found that by using ZoomInfo which lays everything out clearly and succinctly, we have decreased the sales cycle to closer to 5 months. It is extremely easy to implement this system into our workflow and train new employees how to use the software. There is little to no learning curve much like many other software.
I believe ZoomInfo Operations stacks up against the other providers I have used because they provide an all encompassing workflow. While many providers help us get a few things done within our sales operations workflow, ZoomInfo covers all of our needs from prospecting, to effectively reaching out to prospects, to managing the sales cycle, and ultimately closing business.
