Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Operations

We use ZoomInfo Operations to track our buyer intent and then implement workflow automation on intent and website visitors and then automate some of our Outreach and Sales activities. The business problems that the product addresses is helping teams improve their productivity with AI and automation-embedded in their product. Scope is limited to marketing and sales.

ZoomInfo Operations' data is good but still needs some room for improvement. What we have observed is specifically the mobile numbers are out of place and at times the platform is not as agile as LinkedIn to get the details of prospects who leave the company or update their linkedin profile.

The overall usability of ZoomInfo Operations is great. The platform is easy to understand, self-train on, offers ZoomInfo academy courses to certify and bring new members up-to-speed at an agile pace. The feature-to-feature hopping is also seamless and one can easily build and automate workflows using pur logic than tool or domain expertise.
We are able to provide actionable GTM data to our sales team, but like I pointed earlier also, some of the contact data has to be improved. Apart from contact data accuracy, ZoomInfo marries intent and other prospect engagements seamlessly with our value prop to help us provide not just sales outreach activities but also insights on whats working where we need to improve.
ZoomInfo has better presence, brand recognition and contact volume for our target audience compared to competitors and that is why we chose it. ZoomInfo Operations has better workflow automation and seamless integration with CRM which added as an extra benefit and the AI copilot ensured we leverage AI-led marketing as we scale up operations.

ZoomInfo Operations is well suited for organizations where they already have either ZoomInfo Sales or ZoomInfo marketing product and they want to automate outreach and sales activities without relying on a different vendor like Hubspot or Outreach etc. It may be less suited for organizations with limited budget or where 1:1 outreach happens rather than 1:many.
