Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting. I use it for finding target accounts and contacts within each account. It has been a great resource for my prospecting efforts and it is great that we have the integration with Salesforce to migrate accounts over once I qualify them as viable targets.
Pros
- It provides me with updates on my target accounts
- It is an easy to use resource for contacts and information
- The new copilot tool is has made it even better and easier to use
Cons
- I suppose more frequent data cleansing to ensure accuracy
The company info and contact info provided are great for my efforts and ensuring I am reaching the correct person. The intent feature is a great tool for understanding engagement and interest.

I like ZoomInfo better than any of the others and find it to be more well rounded and useful
