Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Theres room for improvement, but I think this will come in time. There needs to be a way to report incorrect Info and have this addressed. When info is wrong, it's very wrong and often wrong in bulk, but theres no way of getting it updated
I use ZoomInfo Sales for go to market information when prospecting. It's a great source to gather info on businesses I want to reach out to.

Pros

  • Lead generation
  • Integrated into our crm
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • UK info is nowhere near where it needs to be. It's full of dead data
  • Data can be inaccurate, outdated or no data at all. Their customer support at times is very slow
  • Repetative numbers for people who work at the same company, so you need to be mindful when prospecting
  • The ability to tailor lead lists for email and prospecting campaigns is fantastic and has saved me countless hours
  • Being able to see what companies have visited our site and where they spent time allows me to tailor my conversation to what's important to them. It's certainly helped push the conversation along
  • Being able to see who specifically searched our site is a game changer and has helped me target who our solution matters to the most
As I mentioned previously, I wouldn't be as productive in my role without this software and moreover, I wouldn't enjoy my role as much without it. I don't think I'd be able to achieve as much as I do within the working week without it.

To be fare, 6sense is fantastic for Europe, but not for the US and ZoomInfo Sales is fantastic for the US, but not for Europe. There's a lot more company insight on 6sense that ZoomInfo Sales, and I remember when I first started using both, I did find 6sense more intuitive

I wouldn't be as productive in my role without ZoomInfo Sales and can't actually remember what I used to do before I had it! Examples of when it's been fabulous is when I've been able to get mobile numbers for senior managers and been able to cut the time it takes to speak to decisions makers. Other times it's not been great is when it's given me incorrect numbers, no contact details at all or it's the same number listed for numerous people in the same company. When this happens and they're all mixed in your cadence, it's very irritating if not embarrassing. I would have rated it an 8.5, but as there're no .5's, I've rated it a 9.
