Overall Satisfaction with ZoomInfo Sales

Well it's fairly good to use, it's just that there are some hiccups that keep happening daily. It takes forever to load sometimes and some leads are not just available even tho other providers have that information. However, great place to start your research from and brings a lot of structure to my reachouts.
I use it to research on my account, see the org chart, understand their tech stack, and more. ZoomInfo Sales is also really helpful in providing the numbers and emails of relevant personas and has a good integration with Sales nav which makes our jobs easier. It has an export functionality with which we can bulk upload leads to our CRM.

Cons

  • Extension is very flaky and doesn't work always
  • A lot of leads don't have the right numbers and email IDs compared to other tools
  • I've seen ZoomInfo Sales malfunction multiple times while using Sales Nav
  • Leads that have high potential of being decision makers are available
  • Really great place to start account research
  • 60-70% leads are good, rest are autogenerated and not reliable
It's been very crucial for me to use ZoomInfo Sales and hunt for new leads from newer teams. The org structure format on ZoomInfo Sales's homepage also gives a lot of clarity and brings structure to my outbound. This has resulted in more than a million dollars worth of pipe.
ZoomInfo Sales is great, but for some regions like India, Europe and the Middle East the numbers of personas are more easily available on Lusha.

It's a great tool to begin with. I wouldn't want to give up on ZoomInfo Sales's license and it's so tightly integrated with our CRM that flow of Data is seamless and even though there might be restrictions in the CRM. ZoomInfo Sales manages to bring out to overview of an account.
